Our engineers have extensively tested the OziLift’s loading integrity, including offset loading to imitate real life, engaging the low-voltage motor gearbox’s automatic cut-out point.
In the rare event of the wire rope suspension failing or becoming compromised, there are four additional safety straps at each corner of the load-carrying tray. They are connected to the ceiling support brackets, providing a secondary brake and hold capability. The safety belts will automatically engage to support the load, providing a double line of safety.
The OziLift system can also be locked off with a key lock system to prevent unauthorised use. Slotted holes in the tray provide ventilation of storage and to utilise jockey straps.
The travel distance of the OziLift tray is 2 metres, allowing for ease of loading.
